SPUR Value Partners is an actively engaged investor, specialising in listed European mid-market companies.

We apply a private equity approach focused on long-term value creation, with an average investment horizon of 3–5 years for our positions. The core portfolio consists of 8-12 companies. Our due diligence process is thorough and designed to develop a truly proprietary perspective on each business, its improvement potential, and its valuation.

We engage deeply with companies and their leadership teams – and, where possible, constructively – with the goal of contributing to value creation for all shareholders. When agreement cannot be reached, we will engage publicly.

In November 2025, we launched our first open-ended vehicle, providing investors with access to our European activism strategy in a liquid and scalable format.
